Once your seamster, session or course is done it is time to: Reflect, plan for the next year – then rest.   PD planning for sessional instructors is just as critical as it is for all other instructors. We have a quick overview of PD planning and some low-cost options for PD events to help get you started.

The panelists shared their passion for helping students feel safe wherever teaching takes place. Discussion was wide-ranging and lively, covering the topics of curriculum development, course syllabi, course assessment, and how to improve the online spaces where courses are taught.  

Everyone’s journey is affected by their social identities, which are the physical, social and mental characteristics that make you the person you are. They include factors like race, ethnicity, gender, socioeconomic status, sexual orientation, disabilities or abilities, and religious beliefs.
